Set up an office in Shanghai that is conducive to business conducted by email, over the phone, and through face-to-face contact. Hire 2 sales agents and one accountant to start. Hire more staff as the business grows Train sales agents in conjunction with the sales team in Montreal Manage the day to day operations of the sales office Meet with clients to discuss vacation possibilities Network among China’s elite, CEO’s, Executives, etc, to create awareness and work towards partnerships and business opportunities that will benefit LR Coordinate with Montreal in regards to marketing plans, website design, sales strategies, and budgeting. Put chosen plans and strategies into action. Produce weekly (bi-weekly, monthly???) reports on the operations of the sales office. |
